There have been so many great things happening out in our programs this past year. Students are getting out to explore the community and job opportunities, participating in days of caring, performing in musical extravaganzas and the Special Olympics, going on field trips and working hard on their individual goals and objectives. On May 28 FLLAC hosted the “Night at the Oscars” prom and it was fantastic to see so many of our students, alumni and families dancing the night away.
None of the efforts we make would be possible without the hard work and dedication of our staff. As you will see in the various stories in this newsletter, it is the special and deeply caring relationships that our staff develop with students and their families that makes FLLAC such a unique and successful organization. Our member school districts are truly fortunate to belong to such a responsive, caring and student centered collaborative.
